Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory position.
Education: CA/ACCA finalist with Articles completed from a reputable CA firm Key
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. • Preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. • Manage and analyze product/service costing, including variance analysis, to provide insights for improved profitability. • Actively identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the finance department. • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and company policies. • Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants. • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management. • Liaise with internal and external auditors.
