We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our HR team at Plant Site, Mianwali.
Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment & on-boarding cycle, trainings at plant site, compensation management and Time Management System.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in HR or Management with 5-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing concern preferably
- Carry out end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and onboarding of new employees
- Manage training and development initiatives for employees at all levels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Manning and updating Department-wise headcount in coordination with higher management
- Administering Time Management System (TMS) and processing salary days for payroll
- Efficiently looking after Employee relations and ensure grievance handling
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and contemporary employment laws
- Excellent EQ and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analysis and reporting skills with grip on MS Office
