Job Purpose:

Relationship building with key internal stakeholders (CA, Finance, IT, etc.) as well as external stakeholders (creative agencies) to secure approvals and deliver corporate communications projects in a timely manner.

Job Description:

Relationship building with key internal stakeholders (CA, Finance, IT, etc.) as well as external stakeholders (creative agencies) to secure approvals and deliver in a timely manner.
To work with internal stakeholders to deliver corporate publications, including the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
To deliver various branding and corporate collaterals for multiple departments and functions, for internal and external stakeholders.
To support DGM Corp Comms to drive innovation in communication processes, along with diverse projects, including brand research.
To collect data and secure approvals, ensure proof-reading, release, etc. for communication tools (including, but not limited to, newsletter, e-news, press release, announcements, notices, whatsapp messages).
To support internal stakeholders and marcom department (as and when required) with event planning, event management, collateral design, photography, videography.
To develop monthly performance presentations for corporate comms department.
To manage reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for any communication tools as and when required.
To support DGM Corp Comms to research and create strategies for new projects.
To draft and circulate meeting minutes as well as arrange meeting rooms, security protocol for visitors, etc.

Job Specification:

Minimum Bachelors Degree (Masters degree is a plus) with atleast 02 years experience of working with creative agency (on agency-side or brand-side)

Functional skills/knowledge:

Excellent English communication (reading, writing, speaking), proficient in Urdu (reading, proofing, etc.)
Good presentation skills (designing with power point, creating flow, and presenting to audience)
Familiarity with Excel
Knowledge and understanding of communications and development of materials; specifically annual reports, media kits, corporate giveaways, online posts, press release, write-ups, articles, newsletter content, etc.)
Experience of English copywriting is a plus
Familiar with using technology for marketing or research (whatsapp, social media, websites, blogs, etc.) Apply
