Position Accounts Officer

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance
- 1 year of overall experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in a Retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools for preparing reports and maintaining records.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
- Monitor customer accounts, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile supplier and customer statements regularly to ensure data accuracy.
