Qualification:
- BS Civil Engineering / DAE Civil
Experience:
- Minimum 08 Years of experience in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify site billing and subcontractor billing in coordination with the project team.
- Perform variation analysis and prepare supporting documentation for claims and approvals.
- Carry out rate analysis for new items and assist in cost optimization.
- Prepare and review MRS (Market Rate Schedule) workings.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of MRS working, particularly in Government sector projects.
- Expertise in rate analysis, site billing, and subcontractor billing.
