- Ensure Food and Beverage standards regarding quality of product and service.
- Develops new concepts of service & methods to achieve organizational objectives.
- Directs the Budgeting process for all capital & operational requirements.
- Ensure all outlets of units achieve and sustain the highest standards of quality.
- Identifies & develops new products, equipment & amenities to enhance the product quality.
