We are hiring!
Islamabad Marriott Hotel is looking for an experienced Finishes Supervisor to maintain our five-star standards of craftsmanship.
QUALIFICATION Diploma or certification in Civil/Architectural Technology, or a related field. Interior Finishing, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Previous property, experience in a hotel, luxury or high-end commercial environment is preferred.
LOCATION Islamabad Marriott Hotel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and coordinate finishing-related maintenance and repair works.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for outsourced finishing projects.
Support renovation, refurbishment, and special projects involving interior finishes.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Identify and address wear, damage, and deterioration of finishes.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor the performance and workmanship of finishing technicians.
Ensure finishing works meet required quality and aesthetic standards.
Ensure compliance with Marriott brand guidelines, safety standards, and hotel procedures.
