🔍 IPAK is Hiring: Assistant Manager – Taxation 🔍

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage quarterly advance tax payments and withholding exemption tasks.
2. Report discrepancies in ST declarations or withholdings for timely redressal.
3. Monitor controls to reduce the risk of non-compliance.
4. Handle tax compliance issues and ensure amendments are updated in SAP.
5. Supervise day-to-day tax tasks and review withholding tax statements.
6. Prepare/review current tax payable and deferred taxation.
7. Coordinate with tax consultants on routine matters.
8. E-file annual income tax returns and quarterly VAT returns.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Professional accounting qualification and/or a degree in Accounting/Finance.
2. Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Pakistan.
3. Experience with tax software and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
4. 6-8 years post-qualification experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

1. Supervise and manage electrical maintenance activities for smooth plant operations.
2. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in electrical systems.
3. Monitor and maintain electrical equipment and systems for reliability and efficiency.
4. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions.
5. Prepare reports and maintain documentation of electrical systems and performance.
6. Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
7. Analyse electrical system performance and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.
8. Collaborate with other departments for electrical project requirements and support.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. B.E / M.E (Electrical Engineering) from a PEC-recognized university.
2. 5-7 years of experience in the relevant field.
3. Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
