We are hiring. Assistant Manager Quality & EHS
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure safety of workplace, control the accidents/injuries, and follow up for timely compilation of Q&EHS monthly statistics report.
- Ensure monthly Q&EHS system management audit and walk around as per company policy.
- Ensuring that quality processes are defined, documented, and followed to meet quality standards.
- Develop Q&EHS training material for management team’s first line supervisors and workers.
- Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the Q&EHS.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Bachelors in Environment/Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 0-2 Years of experience in the relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge about FSSC, FSC CoC, GHG and EnMS certification.
- Ability to lead and engage high-performance team.
