- AM – Talent Management
The position is focused towards attracting, developing and retaining the talent across organization. Main functions of this position are Talent Acquisition + Learning & Development. The incumbent would closely work with the people’s managers to defining organization’s recruitment strategy and timely supporting business with their hiring, training & development needs.
Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience
Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration with major in Human Resource Management (Masters will be preferred).
- HR Generalist
A generalist role that would be responsible for providing assistance in all functions of HR including Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee relations, Organizational development and HR operations.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, generalist experienced candidates will be preferred.
Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration with major in Human Resource Management or relevant field (Masters will be preferred)
