Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing high-performance ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive website traffic and bookings.
- Analyzing and optimizing campaign performance with a focus on ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
- Leveraging data to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and more.
- Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Experimenting and innovating with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Staying ahead of trends in digital marketing, particularly in travel and hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms
