Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA), a leading non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and lifelong learning, is seeking passionate and experienced professional to join our team as “ECCE COORDINATOR”
Location: Karachi / District (Keamari/Malir), with regular field visits to ECCE centres and schools.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ECCE programme implementation, preferably in a development or NGO context.
- Strong knowledge of play-based learning, school readiness frameworks, and early childhood development.
- Experience in training design, teacher coaching, and programme monitoring.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in Urdu and Sindhi; English proficiency required.
- Commitment to child rights, inclusion, and safeguarding principles.
