ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Warehouse for its P.h.a.r.m.a.c.e.u.t.i.c.a.l.s business based at Hattar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading packaging team for both the domains of inbound and outbound
- The receipt of packaging materials from vendor and storage as per recommended storage requirement and regulatory guidelines
- GR the materials in ERP for further decision and liquidation
- Ensuring un-interrupted and accurate issuance of packaging materials to production domains
- Stacking materials in dedicated areas and maintain records
- Ensuring FIFO for packaging materials and record all the transactions in ERP
- Keeping all the SOPs updated and ensure adherence during the operations
- Controlling inventory in accordance with ERP and ensure the status of stocks either approved, rejected or on hold
- Optimizing stock levels by expediting or de-expediting bulk inventories or slow moving items
- Ensuring GMP compliant warehousing
