We are looking for a skilled and motivated Systems & Network Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, VMware virtualization, networks, and enterprise IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
Manage VMware ESXi 7.x virtualization infrastructure, including virtual machines, resource allocation, snapshots, and troubleshooting.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot various Windows Server roles and services, including:
- Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
- DNS
- DHCP
- Group Policy (GPO)
- File & Print Services
- Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- IIS
- Windows Server Backup
Manage Linux servers, including Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL or similar distributions.
Perform server monitoring, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Configure and manage LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and related network services.
Manage user accounts, permissions, security policies, and access controls.
Monitor and maintain server availability, storage, backups, and disaster-recovery procedures.
Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, network, and application connectivity issues.
Maintain proper documentation of servers, network infrastructure, configurations, IP addressing, and IT assets.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related issues.
Implement and maintain basic IT security and server hardening practices.
Provide technical support to users and assist in resolving escalated infrastructure issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in systems and network administration.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
Good working knowledge of Linux server administration.
Practical experience with VMware ESXi 7.x and virtual machine management.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Server roles.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with server backup, storage, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, operating system, and network problems.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as as part of an IT team.
