REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Candidates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and operating systems.
- Provide basic support for internet, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide timely technical assistance.
- Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and DNS. Apply
