REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Environmental Sciences from a reputed University.
- Candidate having 10+ years’ working experience (Overseas experience would be an added advantage).
- Qualified in NEBOSH IGC/HSW certificate or other professional qualification certification in HSE field of the same level.
- Ensure that safety rules & regulations are implemented at the work site, tool box briefing is given to workers prior to start the work.
- Lead HSE training programs and initiatives to increase awareness, knowledge, and compliance with safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure HSE statistics and updates of project safety are on information board in relation to the client’s requirement in order to maintain positive image of the organization.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and site visits to assess HSE performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with HSE standards and requirements.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, and develop corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, community stakeholders, and other external parties to address HSE-related concerns, obtain permits, and maintain positive relationships.
- Maximum age limit is 40 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable in specialized/experienced cases.
