Dr. Ziauddin Group of Hospitals is Hiring for “Warehouse Manager” Based at the Sukkur Campus

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory.
Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to ensure the safety, accuracy, and quality of pharmaceutical products.
Lead, train, and supervised warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical products, including temperature control and security measures.
Coordinate with internal departments, including procurement, pharmacy, and clinical teams, to meet their pharmaceutical supply needs.
Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and generate regular reports on inventory status and warehouse performance.
Implement and oversee the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Address and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations, including supply chain disruptions and product recalls.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a pharmaceutical warehouse setting.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical supplies and warehouse management practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and safety.
