WE ARE HIRING Maintenance Engineer
Qualification Minimum Bachelors in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Location Hunza
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Plan, organize and direct preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical/electrical machinery, equipment, fitting/fixtures within and outside of the hotel.
- Undertake feasibility studies for up-gradation of the hotel and any other specific projects.
- Study all submissions by consultant on assignments done by them and advise them on changes/modifications as may be necessary.
- To prepare engineering department budget and monitor the progress of expenditure especially with a view that it is evenly spread, and no extra budgetary expenditure is incurred.
