We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and commercially driven professionals to join our Retail Operations Team.
Open Position: 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion or large-format retail
- Strong understanding of floor operations, customer service, sales performance, and staff management
- Ability to lead and supervise floor teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations
- Experience in achieving sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and improving departmental performance
- Strong focus on customer experience, product availability, visual presentation, and merchandising standards
- Ability to manage staff scheduling, attendance, productivity, and performance on the sales floor
- Ensure proper stock replenishment, product placement, pricing, and promotional execution
- Coordinate effectively with Branch Management, Inventory, Cash Operations, Security, and other support functions
- Ability to handle customer concerns and operational issues professionally and efficiently
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple operational priorities effectively
