We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager Hospitality

Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager Hospitality.

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a background in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline, along with 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a healthcare organization or premium hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, patient-service, team coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality services and enhancing the patient experience.

WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER HOSPITALITY

Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, Public Administration or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a reputable health care organization or premium hospitality environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

The incumbent should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong patient-service orientation, leadership and team coordination abilities, sound problem-solving and stakeholder management skills and proficiency in complaint resolution skills.
The candidate should demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality and a strong understanding of health care hospitality and service quality standards.
