VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFCD) is seeking applications from qualified, dynamic and experienced professionals for contract-based positions, on open merit, under the PSDP-funded “Invest Pakistan” project. Applications are invited for the following positions:

Position 1:

Designation of Post: Manager (HR & Coord / Protocol)

Project Pay Scale: PPS-10

No. of Posts: 1

Maximum Age Limit: 62 Years

Qualifications / Experience: M.A / M.Sc. / MBA (16 years of education in relevant field) with at least 8 years of post qualification experience including 2 years in a lead role in HR, coordination, protocol & project handling / execution / preparation. Proficiency in public / private sector working, excellent communication and writing skills to prepare govt / HR summaries, presentations and reports.

Designation of Post: Research Associate

Project Pay Scale: PPS-07

No. of Posts: 1

Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years

Qualifications / Experience: M.A / M.Sc. / MBA Finance / BS (16 years of education in relevant fields). Preferably with 3 years of post qualification experience in the related field. Knowledge of public / private sector working, good communication, analytical and writing skills to prepare financial documentation, papers, summaries, presentations and analytical reports.

· Educational qualifications must be obtained from recognized local/foreign universities / institutes duly verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Age of the candidate shall not exceed specified maximum age limit as on the closing date of the advertisement.

Government employees (serving or retired) must apply through proper channels (copies of NOCs from parent department must be attached).

Contract Terms for the Project Staff directly recruited for Development Projects Funded from PSDP will follow Finance Division’s O.M. No. 4(9)R-14/2024 & Planning Commission’s Letter No. 24(7) PIA-I/PC/2021, dated 05 March 2026.
