Position Deputy Manager-Accounts Payable
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Implement AP policies, controls, and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and optimize the AP aging report, ensuring timely clearance of outstanding liabilities.
- Oversee the reconciliation of accounts payable and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and finance, to improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements related to payments.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline AP operations.
- Prepare monthly reports and financial statements related to payables
RequiredEducation: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA/ CA, CPA, CMA is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
