Al Habib Asset Management Limited is seeking a talented and motivated individuals to join our team as a Front Desk Officer.
RECEPTIONIST / FRONT DESK OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the front desk and reception area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors and clients
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Should be Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Location: Karachi – Head Office.
