WE’RE HIRING | Export Documentation Officer
HubSalt is looking for a skilled and detail oriented Export Documentation Officer to join our team.
If you have 2–3 years of experience in shipping line operations and export documentation, along with a strong understanding of trade operations, regulatory compliance, and documentation processes, we encourage you to apply.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate or Master’s degree
- Relevant experience in shipping and export documentation
- Knowledge of trade operations and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage transactions independently and collaborate across departments
HubSalt is looking for an Export Documentation Officer with 2–3 years’ experience in a shipping line and export documentation.
To carry out processing, execution of customer’s transactions and instructions related to Trade. The objectives of this position are to ensure all regulatory and compliance regulations related to Trade are followed and create synergies and quality of work through process improvement.
