Position: Jr. Technical Officer Electrical

Qualification: DAE Electrical / Matriculate

Experience: 06 to 08 years of relevant experience

Position Purpose: To ensure that the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic cards and circuit boards are carried out in-house, thereby reducing outsourcing costs, improving turnaround time, enhancing quality control, and strengthening internal technical capabilities.

Job Description

Perform in-house troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic cards, PCB boards, and control modules.
Diagnose and repair air conditioner control cards, UPS systems, and power supply units.
Troubleshooting and repairing of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), soft starters & power supply.
Repair and test welding plants (single-phase and three-phase) to ensure reliable operation.
Conduct component-level fault diagnosis, soldering, de-soldering, and replacement of defective electronic components.
Repair and maintain HMI units, electronic control panels, and AC/DC controllers.
Troubleshoot and service walkie-talkies and other communication equipment.
Repair, test, and calibrate electronic measuring instruments, including multimeters and clamp meters.
Interpret circuit diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics for effective fault finding and repairs.
Hands on experience with repair tools, including soldering stations, hot air rework stations, oscilloscopes, PCB/BGA rework equipment & work stations.
Capable of repairing multilayer PCB-level electronic cards
Maintain repair records, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support the development of in-house electronic repair capabilities.

Position: Assistant Manager – Store

Qualification: BBA / MBA from an HEC recognized University.

Experience: 04 to 06 years of relevant experience.

Position Purpose: To ensure the safe custody of stores and spares by overseeing accurate and timely material receipt, proper storage under standard conditions, quick retrieval, and authorized issuance to end-users.

Job Description

To ensure / look after all activities of all Weigh Bridges.
Reconcile explosive material inventory on a monthly basis to ensure complete compliance and accuracy.Supervise all material handling activities, including receipt, issuance, tagging, stacking, and record-keeping.
Monitor daily diesel pump operations including receiving, decanting, issuance, and closing stock reconciliation
Oversee daily sack store operations for empty cement bags, ensuring accurate logging of receipts, issuance, and closing balances while fixing operational issues.and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate month-end closing activities and reconcile raw materials and fuel (including furnace oil) receipts, issuance, and balances against the Daily Progress Report (DPR).
Lead inventory checks for internal and external audits, and formulate an actionable “Things to Do” matrix the day after submitting responses to the Head of Internal Audit.
Manage departmental staffing according to the approved organogram, fostering team development, maintaining positive working relationships, and building a motivated workforce.
Act as the departmental ISO Coordinator to ensure full adherence to ISO standards and quality management protocols.
Act as Acting HOD Store during the department head’s absence and execute special projects assigned by the HOD/GM (Works).

Position Purpose: This position will provide support in Admin related tasks.

Job Description:

Supervise canteen matters and verify canteen bills
Check and verify canteen coupons with bills claimed.
Ensure housekeeping of hostels, Plant areas and coordinate with cleaning contractors.
Ensure maintenance of hostel furniture.
Supervise the operation and utilization of transport fleet at site, preparation record and other related documents.
Prepare the duty roster of drivers, and allocation of vehicles on daily basis.
Arrange for renewal of registration books/route permit & fitness through Head Office.
Supervise transport matters, correspondence with Head Office through HOD and process the transport bills for payment.
Any other job assigned by the management.
