Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is actively searching for exceptional individuals to join our dynamic team in the role of “Assistant Manager Coordination – Social Franchise” based at Head Office, Karachi.

Job Responsibilities:
Staffing (within GSM & 3rd party)

Hiring / Resignation / Lay off / F&F Preparation as per SOP and in coordination with HR.
Monthly parole preparation and process the salaries.
Time sheets preparation (Follow up with AMs)
Updating list of Staff (cont. process)
Dealing with MIS
Tagging of Providers with on board staff
QTV (Data collection and coordination with MIS for placement)
Coordination with Area Manager (SFMs)
Ensure Provider Files updating with MOUs.
Providers tagging upation at Falcon.
Looking after TABs of staff (both sending and receiving)
Sales Forecasting & operation related for direct supplies.
Preparation of Orders of Products with National Sales Lead
Follow up approval process including required Memorandum preparation.
Keep record of Stock provided and amount received with close coordination with Finance and CWH
Prepare Financial working related to stock supplies and receivables.
Assist National Sales Led in preparation of Rolling forecast.
Ensure Product availability both at CWH & M&P, as per forecast and demand.
Updating Credit files (Keep National Sales Lead updated on daily basis)
Bonus / FOC schemes preparation with National Sales Lead
Taking approval, announcement, and implementation of sales schemes
Collecting Direct Sales from SFM and Sales through DN Model and preparation of Daily sales report for National Sales Lead
Dealing with Finance & MIS
Preparation and approvals of Incentives as per scheme
Monthly expenses of Sales staff
Taking care of outstanding both M&P and CWH
Dynamics
Preparation of MR & PR
Direct with staff
Tracking/ U phone / Mobilink etc.

Knowledge and Experience:
. Knowledge of Health Care / Not for Profit sector (Preferably)
. Graduate (14 to 16 year of total education) From Recognized Institute by Pakistan Higher Education commission
. 1-2 years working experience of similar position in an NGO or in Pharmaceutical
