DGM – Sales & Marketing (South)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement regional retail sales strategies to drive growth, volume, and market share
- Manage Fuel/Non-Fuel, Lubricants, Cards, and B2B/Consumer segments to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Conduct market analysis to monitor competition, regulatory changes, and strengthen brand performance
- Optimize retail network planning, site selection, and outlet profitability
- Ensure NFR (Non-Fuel Retail) expansion contributes measurable incremental revenue per site
- Establish governance controls, performance dashboards, and monitoring systems to track KPIs and ensure operational efficiency
- Prepare annual budgets and operating plans while maintaining strict control over OPEX, CAPEX, and working capital
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA from a recognized university
- 10-15 years of experience in Retail Sales, FMCG, Oil Marketing or relevant
- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and strategic planning capabilities
- Proven experience in managing large-scale retail operations and business expansion initiatives
