Position: Cabin Supervisor & Lead Cabin Crew

Job Purpose

Acts as Fly Jinnah’s ambassador; strives to achieve customers’ loyalty and to promote a positive corporate image at all times through enhancing the overall customers’ experience. Ensures all needs of passengers including services, safety, security, comfort and wellbeing are catered by the Cabin Crew throughout the complete flight cycle. Ensures the Cabin Crew are ready and fit to fly is in line with set measures and company’s adopted policies and procedures.

Experience, Qualifications And Requirements

2 years of related working experience as a CC in any airline out of which 1 year preferably in the capacity of Sr. Cabin Crew/Cabin Supervisor; experience with low cost airline is a plus.
Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role; a diploma in Travel/ Tourism is a plus.
- Attested SSC (copy of mark Sheet & copy of certificate) / O-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Attested HSC (copy of mark Sheet & copy of certificate) / A-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- (Notes: A/O Levels candidates are required to obtain separate equivalency of O-Level and A-Level along with attestation of each certificate copy, combined equivalency is not acceptable)
Valid Passport holder.
Valid CNIC holder
Familiar with CA regulations, IATA principles & Standards, licensing, and SOPs, Flight Operations, Security, Safety & Ground Operations P&P.
Active cabin crew license is a must.
Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures are a must.
Fit to fly, has good general health, no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English Language, other languages are an advantage

Important Information

This program is only open for Pakistani pilots.
Maximum age at the time of application is 50 years.

Job Purpose

To conduct assigned flights in accordance with the detailed provisions of Company Operational Manual and in compliance with the CAA related regulations.

Experience, Qualifications And Requirements

2,000 hrs of total flying experience.
200 Hrs as P1 on Multi Engine/ Jet Aircraft or 200 Hrs as P2 on Multi Crew Cockpit (MCC)Aircraft
CPL may be considered/ Frozen ATPL is preferred.
Valid licenses, valid 1 medical and Valid IR
Valid English Language Proficiency (ELP) certification. Above level 4
He/ she must pass the technical, psychometric, Medical Fitness check-up assessments for Pilots as per Company/CAA standards.
Training in safety and emergency response is essential – a formal qualification is an advantage.
Crew Resources Management Training is considered an advantage.
IATA principles & standards relating to security is an advantage.
Clear flying records.
