Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the bank’s project portfolio road map, ensuring prioritization and alignment with business goals
- Manage project implementation throughout the project life cycle
- Manage upgrades and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
Qualifications: Masters IT / CS
Experience: 5-8 Years

PROJECT MANAGER – CORE BANKING SYSTEM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project implementation throughout the project life cycle including planning, analysis, design, development, deployment and closure
- Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place
- Maintain clear & consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency
- Supervise functional, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the new system
Qualifications: Bachelors IT / CS
Experience: 4-7 Years
