• Hands-on experience in refractory installation, repair, maintenance, and gunning operations.
• Sound knowledge of refractory materials, consumption control, performance monitoring, and lining life improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Basic proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
