Position: Master Data Management Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- 1-3 years of experience and should have prior knowledge of SAP & MS Excel
Overall Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor master data health check dashboard.
- Provide operational support to business & ensure compliance of defined SLA.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements opportunities, standardize business processes and facilitate change management activities across organizations.
- Ensure continual service improvement in the domain of master data application and service delivery operations.
- Support to complete data iterations in a timely manner as per project plan.
- Identify & propose improvements to remove & prevent errors to enhance master data quality
