We’re hiring a Customer Service Officer, who will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through WhatsApp chats, providing timely and helpful assistance to ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will also handle inbound phone calls, managing customer emails. Additionally, the role will engage with customers on our social media platforms and helping to build strong relationships and resolve any issues that arise.
Education: Bachelor’s
Experience: 1-2 Years
Software/Tools: MS Office
Skills: Excellent communication, Problem solving, detail oriented, time management skills.
Location: Karachi.
