WE’RE HIRING! DISTRICT MANAGER KARACHI
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant General Managers to deliver strong operational performance across multiple stores.
- Drive sales, profitability, customer experience, and people performance across the assigned stores.
- Conduct regular store visits, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, food safety, and company policies.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs to improve productivity and business results.
- Partner with HR and Training to build talent pipelines, strengthen retention, and develop future leaders.
- Support new store openings, marketing campaigns, and operational initiatives.
- Ensure accurate reporting, administrative compliance, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in QSR, retail, or multi-unit operations, including at least 2 years in a multi-store leadership role.
- Proven experience leading and developing Restaurant Managers and high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and key business KPIs.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
