REQUIREMENTS:
- Supervise and manage construction activities in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Coordinate and provide clear instructions to contractors, subcontractors and labor teams.
- Monitor project progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure proper use, handling and monitoring of construction materials at the project site.
- Verify that all construction work complies with quality standards, budgets and project timelines.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve on-site construction issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare site reports, maintain progress records and submit regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety and organizational policies.
