Job Description
- Manage and monitor day-to-day service operations to ensure effective after-sales support to dealerships and customers.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and after-sales service procedures.
- Monitor dealer service performance, KPIs, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with dealers to address service-related issues and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Support dealer development initiatives to improve service quality and operational performance.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and evaluate service facilities, processes, and operational standards.
- Prepare and analyze service performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvement measures to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
