Isra School of Nursing invites applications from qualified and dedicated nursing professionals for the position of Nursing Lecturer. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering quality nursing education, preparing and conducting lectures, providing academic guidance and mentorship to students, and contributing to curriculum development and departmental activities.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Education:
- Post RN BSN / BSN from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PNMC).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in teaching/clinical practice within the nursing field.
Key Competencies:
- Strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver effective lectures.
- Strong academic guidance and student mentoring abilities.
- Knowledge of nursing curriculum and clinical practices.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach nursing courses to BSN students.
- Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate nursing students.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to nursing students.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic improvement.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities within the department.
