Burque is looking for a dynamic and results-driven 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗦𝗠 to drive market growth, strengthen customer relationships and bring our brand directly to the field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and monitor Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) to achieve monthly sales KPIs and targets.
- Ensure strong market coverage, product availability, accessibility, and visibility across assigned territories and outlets.
- Drive timely recovery of receivables and manage credit compliance as per policy.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain for timely and accurate deliveries as per the daily plan.
- Conduct regular market visits for on-the-job coaching, individual performance review and market intelligence.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, market hygiene standards (FEFO, expiries, damages) and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the code of conduct and business practices as per company policies and standards.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of relevant field sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading field teams.
- Must have strong competencies in people management, stakeholder management, and business acumen, and must act with ownership.
QUALIFICATION: Minimum graduation degree (MBA preferred) in a relevant discipline.
MUST HAVE Own motorcycle, helmet, and valid driving license.
