AREA SALES MANAGER
Location: Multan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lead the sales team within assigned area and to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
- Understand competitor activity in market and identify/implement steps required to win against competition.
- Coordinate closely with other sales team members and functions, esp. marketing and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure people resources are capable of performing the roles they are assigned, and allocated according to where they can generate maximum value.
- Actively identify capability development opportunities and enable training and development initiatives for sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferable in Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in diaper industry or relevant market/customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales driven, results oriented, strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using sales software and ability to drive analysis and monitor execution using software.
