As an Area Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving retail sales, leading a team of Wealth Managers, and contributing to the growth of Assets Under Management through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Wealth Managers to achieve sales targets.
Drive retail sales and expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
Conduct daily client meetings and maintain an active prospect pipeline.
Monitor team performance and submit sales MIS and activity reports.
Collaborate closely with Regional Heads and senior management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Experience in sales, wealth management, banking, investments, or financial services.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
IFMP Certification (mandatory) or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of joining, as per SECP requirements.
