Bahria Adventure Land, Karachi is seeking a Manager Operations to oversee daily park operations, maintain safety standards, and optimize guest experience. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in operations management (preferably in entertainment or hospitality).

The Manager Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operational activities of Bahria Adventure Land. This role focuses on ensuring strict safety standards, delivering an exceptional guest experience, maximizing operational efficiency, and leading a diverse workforce to maintain the park’s reputation as a premier entertainment destination.

REQUIREMENTS

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.

Core Skills Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management.

Competencies Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Office.

Preference Bahria Town Karachi residents preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Park Operations & Guest Experience Oversee daily opening, operating, and closing procedures, implement crowd management strategies, and resolve guest issues.

Safety & Maintenance Management Ensure pre-opening and daily safety inspections, coordinate with engineering & maintenance teams, and direct emergency response procedures.

Team Leadership & Workforce Optimization Create and manage shifts, rosters, and deployment schedules, conduct training on safety, customer care & emergency readiness, and monitor performance.

Financial & Regulatory Compliance Manage operational budget and control costs, coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments, and ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and labor guidelines.
