𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive 𝗛𝗥 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 to manage key HR operations and employee-related functions across the organization.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
o Manage employee welfare cases (Zakat, education support, ration & gift cases) with proper verification and documentation.
o Handle employee loan processing, guarantor tracking, repayment records & collateral management.
o Maintain welfare records, conduct committee meetings, field visits, and track eligibility benchmarks (e.g., gold/silver rates).
o Support HR operations including attendance, HRMS data accuracy, payroll coordination & employee record management.
o Oversee employee benefits (insurance, uniforms, ID cards) in coordination with relevant teams.
o Conduct store visits, audits & verification of advances, salaries and settlement processes.
o Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly HR, welfare & loan data).
o Perform ad-hoc HR tasks and assignments as required by management.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
o Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or relevant field.
o 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Welfare / Loans .
o Internship / MTO candidates are also encouraged to apply.
o Strong command of MS Excel & MS Office.
o HRMS knowledge will be an advantage.
o Strong communication, coordination & attention to detail skills.
