𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬

1-Conduct thorough site selection and evaluation to identify prime locations for retail outlet development.
2-Negotiate lease agreements effectively to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
3-Oversee the management and monitoring of existing and new retail sites to ensure compliance with company standards and operational efficiency.
4-Collaborate with support functional departments such as legal, finance, and marketing to facilitate seamless site development processes.
5-Work closely with the retailer network to align development efforts with business objectives and market demands.
6-Develop and execute network planning strategies to enhance retail footprint and maximize market coverage.
7-Monitor development progress and prepare status reports to communicate achievements and highlight areas needing attention.
8-Ensure all development activities adhere strictly to company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
9-Identify potential risks and barriers in the development process, proposing effective solutions to mitigate them.
10-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to inform development strategies.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 3-5 years of relevant experience of Area Executive in Retail Sales & Development Function
