QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Puma’s lubricants portfolio and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and expand the distributor network to strengthen market coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage key accounts and distributors to drive profitable growth.
- Drive PCMO sales in line with business and profitability targets.
- Strengthen customer relationships and enhance Puma’s market presence.

Non-Fuel Retail Lead
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4–5 years in Non-Fuel Retail within an Oil Marketing Company, FMCG Sales, or Marketing.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing.
Location: Karachi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new Non-Fuel Retail opportunities to drive revenue and customer footfall.
- Develop business proposals, feasibility analyses, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage NFR projects, contracts, and partnerships from planning to implementation.
- Monitor sales, profitability, partner performance, and site standards.
- Drive NFR expansion, promotions, branding, new facilities, and timely fee recovery.
- Coordinate EV charger marketing with partners at selected retail outlets.
- Manage partnerships with banks for branchless banking services.
