Bank of Khyber (BoK) is looking for highly motivated and career-oriented professionals for multiple positions.

Position: Unit Head – Batch Hiring – Human Resourcing Division – HRDG

Location: HO Peshawar

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end Batch Hiring exercise/strategy for the Bank.
Develop & execute annual Batch hiring plans for different functions across the Bank.
Design innovative sourcing strategies, assessment centers, and bulk interview processes to ensure quality of the Batch hiring exercise.
Drive Employer Branding initiatives for Volume / Batch hiring through university linkages, job fairs & digital platforms.
Analyze metrics of the Batch hiring exercise, manage dashboards, MIS and present hiring progress to senior management.
Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.

Qualification: Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in in HR, Business Administration, or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or a reputable foreign University will be preferred.

Minimum Experience: 07 to 13 years of relevant experience in HR / Talent Acquisition with at least 03 years in handling Batch / Volume Hiring, preferably in Commercial Banking / Financial Services Industry.

Grade: AVP to SVP-I

Position: Officer Talent Acquisition – Human Resourcing Division – HRDG

Location: HO Peshawar

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with concerned functions to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintain quality of hire.
Manage recruitment trackers and prepare regular hiring status reports / MIS.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in Commercial Banking / Financial Services Industry.

Grade: Up-to AVP
