Greaves Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. (an entity of Ghulam Faruque Group), is looking for a DGM / AGM, Sales (Genset) for its Head Office, Karachi.
Position: DGM / AGM, Sales (Genset)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; An MBA is an added advantage
Experience: 10+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in gensets, power solutions, or industrial equipment, with proven expertise in project sales, tenders, key accounts, and team leadership.
Location: Karachi
Greaves Pakistan (Private) Limited, (A Ghulam Faruque Group of Company) is engaged in sales, services and maintenance of engineering equipment and power solutions, including Generators, Solar, UPS, Elevators, Earth-Moving & Construction Equipment, Pumps, Petroleum & Refueling Products, Industrial and Automation Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, construction, healthcare and telecom.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets for Genset business.
Lead business development across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, construction, healthcare, telecom, and institutional sectors.
Drive project sales, tender management, negotiations, and order closures for major projects.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, developers, project owners, and key accounts.
Identify new markets, business opportunities, channel partners, and strategic accounts.
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and overall business performance.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Service teams for successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.
Prepare and present sales performance, forecasts, and business development reports to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Masters in Business Administration will be a plus.
10+ years relevant experience in sales/business development, preferably in Gensets, power solutions, industrial equipment, or engineering products.
Proven experience in project sales, tender management, key account management, and team leadership.
Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of power generation solutions and the industrial market.
