Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER – INTERNAL AUDIT (Onsite)

Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute internal audits according to approved audit plans and programs.
• Review departmental operations, SOPs, policies, and internal controls.
• Audit inventory, production, procurement, finance, HR, and other functions.
• Conduct stock counts, asset verification, cash counts, and transaction testing.
• Identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, process gaps, and potential risks.
• Follow up on outstanding audit observations and ensure timely implementation of agreed actions.
• Review ERP transactions and system controls relevant to audit assignments.

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in Accounting / CA / CMA / ACCA / B.Com or equivalent Qualification.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, preferably in the manufacturing/textile industry.
• Strong understanding of Internal Auditing, Risk Management and ERP Systems.

Position: DEPUTY MANAGER – INTERNAL AUDIT (Onsite)

Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans and programs.
• Lead and supervise internal audit assignments across different units and departments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
• Identify key business, financial, operational, and compliance risks and recommend appropriate controls.
• Review business operations, internal controls, ERP systems, and high-risk activities.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective actions and closure of audit observations.
• Strengthen risk management and guide junior audit team members.

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in Accounting / CA / CMA / ACCA / B.Com or equivalent Qualification.
• 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, preferably in the manufacturing/textile industry.
• Strong understanding of Internal Auditing, Risk Management and ERP Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine audit activities as per the approved audit program and instructions.
• Verify transactions, vouchers, reports, and supporting documents.
• Perform physical verification of inventory, assets, cash, and company resources.
• Perform stock counts and surprise checks at different units and locations.
• Check compliance with approved policies, SOPs, authorization limits, and internal controls.
• Review inventory, consumption, ageing, leftover sales, and asset disposal.
• Identify discrepancies, irregularities, control weaknesses, and unusual transactions.
• Verify physical assets against relevant records and supporting documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in Accounting / CMA / B.Com or equivalent Qualification.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, preferably in the manufacturing/textile industry.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Power BI.
