MDK Japan Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail Oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure quality standards.
- Evaluate agent performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare quality reports and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of QA experience in relevant industry.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
