Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is looking for a passionate and motivated KITAB GARI FACILITATOR to join our Kitab Gari (KG) team in Karachi.
About the Role: Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) – Centre for Education and Consciousness is seeking a passionate and dynamic Kitab Gari Coordinator to support the implementation of literacy initiatives and community engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to promoting reading, storytelling, and quality education while working closely with schools, communities, and local stakeholders.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Education, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in literacy programs, storytelling, education, or community development.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Passion for literacy, education, and community development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
