Location: Karachi

Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, develop effective sales strategies, manage the sales team, build strong customer relationships, achieve targets and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
Drive sales growth, revenue generation and market expansion
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and business partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer and market base
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain teams for smooth business execution
Ensure effective distribution, product availability and market coverage

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field will be preferred
8–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Retail or Distribution
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong experience in team leadership and sales management
Excellent knowledge of market development, distribution and channel management
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
