Generic Role Description:
Evaluate sales team performance on monthly basis
Evaluate and resolve tagging cases for sales team
Intra departmental coordination for tagging conflict resolution
Develop and generate performance reports for sales teams
Sending of commission details and slips
Desirable Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university
ACCA qualified or part-qualified candidates will be preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in Advanced Excel
1–2 years of relevant experience
